Working without Walls
At iJobs, Inc. we work mostly without walls and
with few limits. 

What does this mean?  Our business systems and working environment are mainly virtual (on-line)
and remote in nature. 
 

Our crew members can work from
home, public libraries, coffee shops
and internet cafes.  We use telecommunications and internet
access to do much administrative
work. 
The majority of our interactive marketing and public relations functions are conducted locally during special events.

The virtual nature of our business creates loads of assignments conducted with limited supervision.  Crew members are expected to know their jobs
and perform their work independently.  Operating directions and administrative support can be provided mostly through telecommunications and on-line channels.  Face-to-face contacts are rare.
These without the walls methodologies allow us to recruit crew members for freely with less regard to geography.  Currently, we write, read and speak English-only.  However, as our organization grows we expect to add many more languages to our mix.
